01 / 07Paint
Snow foam and a hand wash lift the loose dirt. Clay pulls out what is bonded to the paint, then machine polishing removes swirls and haze before the finish is protected.
02 / 07Glass
Every window and mirror, cleaned inside and out until there is no haze, film, or streak left in the light.
03 / 07Wheels & tires
Faces, barrels, and lug nuts are cleaned by hand, then tires are dressed to a clean satin finish.
04 / 07Interior
Vacuumed and wiped down, then shampooed, steamed, and extracted. Leather is cleaned and conditioned so it stays soft.
05 / 07Engine bay
Degreased and detailed with soft brushes, then dressed, so the engine bay looks as cared for as the paint.
06 / 07Headlights
Yellowed, hazy lenses are wet sanded and polished back to clear, which looks better and lights the road better.
07 / 07Protection
Sealant, wax, or a ceramic coating protects the finish. Water beads and rolls off, and the gloss lasts. Recurring clients get a paste wax every six months.

01 · Paint correction
Those fine circular scratches you see under a light come from washing and drying. Machine polishing levels the clear coat a few microns at a time until the swirls are gone and the reflection is sharp again.
Drag the polisher across the panel, or press Auto-polish.
Drag across the paint with a mouse, pen, or finger to machine polish it. The swirls fade first, then the haze clears to a deep gloss. Auto-polish runs a full pass for you.
02 · Ceramic coating
A ceramic coating bonds a hard, slick layer to the paint. Water beads up tight and rolls off, taking dirt with it, where unprotected paint lets it spread out and sit.
Drag the divider to compare. Move across the coated side to blow the beads away.
A simulation of rain falling on the same painted panel. On the unprotected side, water spreads into flat, irregular sheets that cling to the paint and dull its reflections. On the ceramic coated side, water pulls into tight, round beads that join together and roll off, leaving the paint clear. Use the divider to show more of either side. Pointing at the panel, or touching it, blows the water like a detailer's air dryer.
